    Tea has always been the ritual of Yum Cha, poured tableside as it has been for centuries. Donna Chang keeps the ritual, changes the pour. For two hours, Hendrick's cocktails come straight from the teapot, alongside a banquet crafted by our master dumpling chefs, served beneath chandeliers in Brisbane's most lush, pink, modern Chinese dining room.
